2. Products and Services Offered

2.1 Digital Services (Primary Offering)

• Kundali Consultation: Personalised Janam Kundali (birth chart) analysis and astrological consultation based on your birth details (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth).
• Gemstone Recommendation: Personalised gemstone (Rashi Ratna) recommendation based on Kundali analysis.
• Vedic Astrology Guidance: Guidance on planetary doshas, remedies, auspicious timings, and spiritual advice.

Digital services are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email after successful payment. No app download is required. Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, subject to astrologer availability.

2.2 Physical Products

• Gemstones selected and curated based on spiritual and astrological significance (Rashi Ratna and semi-precious varieties).
• Rudraksha beads sourced and offered for spiritual use.
• Crystal and gemstone bracelets.

Physical products are dispatched via courier and governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

3. Nature and Representation of Products — Important Notice

RashiDost curates and offers gemstones, Rudraksha, and related spiritual items based on their spiritual, astrological, and belief-based significance. The value, identity, and assessment of each product is rooted in the spiritual tradition and faith-based system of Vedic astrology, and is determined at the sole discretion of the RashiDost team.

RashiDost does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the gemological, mineralogical, or laboratory-testable composition of any product. The term "authenticity" as used in the context of our products refers entirely to spiritual belief, astrological suitability, and the intent and energy attributed to these items within the Vedic tradition — and not to any physical, chemical, or scientific standard of material purity or grading.

By purchasing any product from RashiDost, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Product value is based on spiritual belief and astrological purpose, not material composition.
• No independent gemological or laboratory certification is implied or warranted.
• Product curation and suitability assessment is entirely at the discretion of the RashiDost team, guided by Vedic principles.
• Results, effects, and experiences from the use of these products are subjective, faith-dependent, and may vary from person to person.

4. Astrology and Consultation Disclaimer

Consultation services offered by RashiDost astrologers are for spiritual guidance and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

RashiDost and its astrologers shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced based on astrological consultations, Kundali reports, or gemstone/Rudraksha recommendations.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the binding price for that transaction.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay and/or other secure third-party payment gateways. RashiDost does not store credit/debit card numbers or banking credentials on its servers.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and supported digital wallets.
• Orders and service bookings are confirmed only after successful payment clearance.

6. Service Delivery via WhatsApp

Digital services (Kundali reports, consultation guidance, gemstone recommendations) are delivered primarily through WhatsApp and/or email. By purchasing a digital service, you consent to receiving communications and service delivery via WhatsApp to the phone number provided at the time of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the phone number provided is correct and has an active WhatsApp account. RashiDost is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect phone number, inactive WhatsApp account, or the customer's inability to receive messages.

7. Order Cancellation by RashiDost

RashiDost reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases where:

• The product or service is unavailable.
• A pricing or listing error has occurred.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent.
• Delivery is not feasible to the provided address (for physical products).

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• RashiDost's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the website or purchase of any product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific product or service.
• RashiDost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• RashiDost does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or its services.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information during purchase or consultation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the website without prior written permission.
• Engage in any conduct that may damage, disable, or impair the website or its functionality.

10. Force Majeure

RashiDost shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery, service, or order fulfilment caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, government orders, courier disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, logo, brand identity, astrological content, images, and tools — is the intellectual property of RashiDost / AY Ventures. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

RashiDost reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
