Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on RashiDost (www.rashidost.in), operated by AY Ventures (Sole Proprietorship, Proprietor: Seema, GSTIN: 07DSCPS3642K1ZE).

1. Digital Service Delivery (Kundali Consultation & Astrology Services)

Kundali consultation and astrology services are digital services — no physical shipping is involved. These services are delivered as follows:

1.1 Delivery Channel

• Digital services are delivered primarily via WhatsApp to the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
• Delivery may also occur via email to the email address provided.
• No app download is required to receive the service.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

• Kundali reports and consultation guidance are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery may take up to 48 hours during high-demand periods, weekends, or public holidays.
• Scheduled consultation sessions (live calls with astrologers) will be delivered at the mutually agreed time.

1.3 Delivery Confirmation

• An order confirmation will be sent to your registered phone number and/or email upon successful payment.
• The Kundali report or consultation delivery via WhatsApp serves as proof of delivery.

1.4 Failed Digital Delivery

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect phone number, inactive WhatsApp account, or incorrect email address provided by the customer, RashiDost is not liable for non-delivery.
• However, we will make reasonable efforts to reach you via alternative channels (phone call, SMS, email).
• If we are unable to deliver the service despite reasonable efforts, and you contact us within 7 days of payment, we will either re-deliver to a corrected contact or issue a full refund.

2. Physical Product Shipping

The following terms apply to physical products (gemstones, Rudraksha, bracelets):

2.1 Delivery Coverage

RashiDost currently delivers physical products across India only (Pan India). International shipping is not available at this time.

2.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping is free across India on all physical product orders.

2.3 Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2.4 Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations: Up to 10 business days.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by courier partner delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.5 Order Confirmation and Tracking

• An order confirmation will be sent to your registered phone/email upon successful payment.
• A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
• RashiDost is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

2.6 Failed or Returned Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to RashiDost.
• A re-delivery charge will apply for reshipping.
• If the customer does not request re-delivery within 15 days of return, the order may be cancelled and a partial refund issued after deducting handling and shipping costs.

2.7 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available as a payment option:

• COD orders must be accepted and paid in full at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay at delivery will be treated as an order rejection.
• Return and refund requests for COD orders follow the same policy as prepaid orders.
• Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customer must provide valid bank/UPI details at the time of return request.
