• Payment method type (e.g., UPI, card, net banking) — we do not store card numbers or banking credentials
• Billing address (for physical product orders only)

• Pages visited and time spent

This data is collected via cookies and analytics tools for the purpose of improving website experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil orders (both digital services and physical products).
• To deliver Kundali reports and consultation guidance via WhatsApp and/or email.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and support communications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• To send promotional communications (you may withdraw consent at any time — see Section 6).
• To improve website experience, product offerings, and customer service.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Sharing

RashiDost does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only with the following categories of recipients, strictly for the stated purposes:

• Payment gateway partners (Razorpay and/or others): For transaction processing and payment verification only.
• Astrologers associated with RashiDost: Only birth details (date, time, place of birth) are shared for the purpose of preparing Kundali reports and consultations.
• WhatsApp / Meta: Service delivery occurs via WhatsApp. Your phone number and messages exchanged during service delivery are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. RashiDost does not control WhatsApp's data handling practices.
• Logistics and courier partners: Name, phone number, and delivery address — shared only for physical product shipments.
• Legal or regulatory authorities: Only when required by applicable law, court order, or government directive.

4. Data Retention

• Personal data is retained for a period of 2 years from the date of the last transaction or interaction.
• After this period, data will be deleted from our systems, unless retention is required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Astrological data (birth details) shared for Kundali services is retained only for the duration necessary to complete and deliver the service, and deleted thereafter unless the customer requests otherwise.

5. Data Security

• SSL encryption is implemented on all payment and data collection pages.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• Payment credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored on RashiDost's servers.
• While we take every reasonable precaution, no internet-based transmission is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights as a data principal:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for marketing communications or non-essential data processing at any time by emailing hello@rashidost.in. Withdrawal does not affect data required to fulfil an existing order or service.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer (details in Section 9). If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children's Data

RashiDost's services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
